Theas Landing is by far the nicest apartment complex I've ever lived at. The community is great and the staff is super friendly. The importance the place on knowing their tenants really makes you feel at home and a part of the community around you.

This place is close to UW Tacoma and is very convenient. The environment around here is spectacular, and the amenities here are fantasic. The only downside is the occasional train noise at night.

I have lived here for 3 years and love it!! The front office staff is amazing and very helpful. Units are for the most part updated, but for the area, you get a lot more in square footage and view for what the costs are here. Love this place, and still continue to stay.

The best part about living here is the acceptance and love of pets. No matter where you go, a dog is always coming and going from the building. The staff love seeing the animals and they make it a wonderful place for them.
